Snack of champions

Hello my lovely internet friends! This afternoon I made myself a tasty snack of fruits and yogurt and I thought I should share it with you! Hope you enjoy. Xoxo

1- Pomogranate Yogurt 
- High in Calcium 
- Low in sodium 
2- Pineapple
- Contains Bromelain (anti-inflammatory/ anti-cancer) 
- High in vitamin C 
3- Granola & Sunflower Seeds 
- High in Iron & Magnesium 
4- Coconut Strips 
- Boosts Metabolism
- Prevents tooth decay
5- Stawberries 
- Helps burn fat 
- High in fiber

  1. Can't wait to try this! My favourite way to eat fruits are to freeze them first and snack on them throughout the day. It's a great and delicious way to eat healthy and get nutrients. Love the post.
